What are MAUs and how are they counted?
MAU is an acronym for Monthly Active Users. It is a count of unique users who visit your website during a calendar month.
How is an impression counted?
A tapCLIQ bot can have one or multiple interactive units (a chain of interactive units) that help user in completion of a task (e.g., product discovery, purchase, support etc.). Everytime an interactive unit is displayed, it counts as 1 impression.
How do I pay for tapCLIQ plan?
You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI compliance ensure that your data stays secure.
What happens if I exceed MAUs available in my purchased plan?
MAU overages will apply once you exceed its limit.
What happens if I exceed impressions, available in my purchased plan?
If you exhaust impressions included in your plan - impression overage charges will apply as per per your plan.
What happens to unused plan impressions?
Plan impressions are on use it or lose it basis for each month. Unused impressions are not carried forward to the next month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan anytime. When you upgrade your plan, any unused impressions for that month will be carried forward to the new plan. Whereas if you have any overages, they will be adjusted with impressions of the new plan.
If you downgrade your plan, the downgraded plan will come into effect on the first of next month.
NOTE: You can switch your plan from monthly to yearly BUT in order to switch from yearly to monthly Contact Us.
How will I be billed?
You'll be billed when you purchase a plan and then on the first of every month (for any overages of the previous month + your monthly plan charges [if you have a monthly plan]).
If you have a yearly plan - you would be billed on purchase and then an additional bill will be generated on the first of every month, ONLY if you have any overages for the previous month.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
After you sign up, you get access to all features for 14 days for free. Trial includes 3000 MAUs (10,000 impressions). No credit card is required to start your trial, so you can try tapcliq with no strings attached.
How many portal users would I get?
In our Business plan you will get only 1 user. To have multiple user accounts for your organization you need to purchase either Essential or Premium plan Under Essential and Premium plans - Admin users can also assign rights to each subordinate user.
What happens at the end of a 14-day trial?
You select a plan of your choice and pay by credit card, by clicking on "Upgrade plan". tapCLIQ plans are available on a monthly / yearly basis. Your trial account will become your permanent tapCLIQ account (all of your campaigns, customizations and data remain intact).
If you decide not to purchase at the end of your trial, your account will expire.
What does rapid deployment service (RDS) include?
Your CSM will help you get up and running on the platform and fine-tune it to your own unique requirements. Implementation includes Application Training (typically 3-4 one-hour online sessions), Technical Implementation Services (typically 4-8 hours) and Application Services (typically 3-4 days).
Application Services include Bot creation @ our Design studio. Implementation Services include implementing Robotic Process Automation across your customer journey.
This service involves several resources with different skillsets. RDS Cost for tapCLIQ Basic Edition is USD 4000.
What does bot creation service include?
This service is meant to address customer needs for easily getting Bots created and implemented for new scenarios and processes.
This is a white glove service where the customer hands over the requirement and tapCLIQ Design Studio team analyzes the scenario, creates the Bots and implements it. Cost to be determined after analyzing the scope of work.
Rate: USD 50/hour, minimum billing is a day.
What all is included in basic customer support service?
As a tapCLIQ customer, you will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is focused solely on your success with the tapCLIQ platform.
Your CSM will be your point person at tapCLIQ, providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting through email, phone and/or online meeting. This also includes optimization of Bots for best results.
This ongoing, one-to-one, guidance, training, and support is part of your Customer support along with tapCLIQ subscription.
Customer Support for tapCLIQ Basic Edition is available during 8x5 US EST times with 24 hr response SLA. It costs 20% of the license fees.
